Description: Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are the loneliest.

Looks: The little Hawaiian girl, she wears a pretty little flowered dress, flip flops and has a hibiscus flower in her hair at all time. She has the long version of Dora the explorer hair cut.
Description: She's a little wary of Japan, Alaska and Hawaii are the loneliest, she has a toy bunny.

California (CA) a.k.a. Carl
Birthday: September 9, 1850

Looks: California's hair is loosely brushed back, and he had a pair of sunglasses perched on his head, along with a skating T-Shirt. California and Florida are east and west coast look-alikes. But California looks like Germany when his hair is pulled back.California dresses like Tony Hawk on the beach
Description: He likes to make and show off his movies, he act cool most of the time but is a fun lay back and relax type of guy and has awesome spy skills

Washington (WA) a.k.a. Bella

Looks: Bella swan, More expressive, less Edward. Looked like Bella Swan and had about as much emotion as Kirsten Stewart. (Err, when Hawaii gives her a 'Hair cut', she has it at her chin instead of flowing down her back. that sensible?)
Description: she is a good girl but is usual stressed trying to keep things in order (i.e the politicians yelling at each other all the time, no wonder shes always stressed)

New Mexico (NM) a.k.a. Roswell
Birthday: January 6, 1912
Gender: Male

Looks: He's a snazzy kid, who kind of looks like his uncle Mexico
Description: friends with Tony the Alien, runs around with Tony all the time. He won't let go of Tony, and Tony won't leave him! New Mexico and Arizona are also closely related. and that scene next to him is want Italy and Germany babysitting the children and in the middle of the chaos they ducked taped him on to the ceiling and ended up sleep there

I always liked the thought that all the states were America's children and that America represented the government manaing all of these states (like a father manages 50 kids?). It'd also would represent the civil war better, I mean what's easier to explain? A bunch of kids got into a disagreement or America went Skitzo for a few years?

lol (even though I was born in Hawaii) Washington is where I grew up and I am still here XD (I am glad that there is someone else who recognizes the difference between D.C. and the state lol, so many crack jokes are made about that. like WARNING: a hurrican is heading towards Washington D.C.....Washington:" lol I hope he dies" ok sorry that was a little random)

Sounds about right. But must not forget about the salmon, rain, evergreen trees, apples, computers, and coffee.
Also, washington tends to have two different personalities, between east and west (it rains more to the east XD)
